Reading the terms of service before you reach out for a commission can help provide you with all the information you need for what I am capable of doing, and it can help provide you with a better sense of what you want commissioned from me if you have any uncertainties.

General Terms

✧ I maintain the right to post commissioned works to my socials and resume.✧ I maintain the right to refuse any commission requests without explanation.✧ I maintain the right to stop and/or cancel a commission due to poor communication, lack of respect, rude/inappropriate behavior, or not being able to communicate in English effectively as I am only fluent in the English language.✧ Clients must have a clear vision of the piece they want. References and detailed descriptions are encouraged and preferred. The more fleshed out the idea, the more likely one is to be chosen above the others if there is a line of requests.✧ All clients must be 18 years of age or older to order. If a minor is wishing for a commission, a guardian should be the one to contact and provide payment.✧ Commission slots are NOT first come first serve. Each request will be observed but only few will be approved after careful consideration.✧ Claiming the artwork as a creation not made by me is prohibited. However, the artwork given may be used in whatever way the client wishes- as long as credit is given by sharing a link to my social(s).✧ This should go without say, but using my art to feed AI art generators is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! If I find a commissioner guilty of this- I will cut off the offender from my business and block all socials tied to the account.✧ Pieces may take up to 1-4 weeks to accomplish as my health and work are unpredictable. I will give frequent updates and will communicate the progress of pieces ordered.LIMITATIONS✧ I will not accept commissions with explicit themes or requested undertones of:•hateful/harmful propaganda
•targeted hate speech
•pedophilia/incest/zoophilia or otherwise illegal relationships≪━─━─━─━─◈─━─━─━─━≫

Artwork Usage

YOU MAY NOT:✧ Recolor, trace, crop, or create derivatives of my art for monetary purposes without credit.✧Use my art to feed AI in any capacity.✧ Claim the art as anything other than my personal work.✧ Sell my artwork or make profit in any way without credit.✧ Remove or edit my watermark.YOU MAY:✧ Upload to desired account on any website as long as my name and/or profile link are provided.✧ Print out for personal and non-profit use.✧ Crop part of commissioned image for use as icons, banners, etc.

Payments

✧ I only accept payments through PayPal and Cashapp in USD currency.✧ The client must pay half price up front.✧ Three rough sketch thumbnails will be provided and discussed, then a final sketch will be made and presented before payment. There can be suggestions as to changes in the color or lighting, the final sketch pose will not change.

Deadlines and Refunds

✧ Refunds will not be issued for any commissioned work up to 48 hours after first payment.✧ If a commission is canceled by a client, they will receive the work done so far + a percentile refund.✧ If the requested commission needs to be completed by a certain date, please communicate that upon sending me all the other information regarding the commission request. Rush orders and deadlines, depending on the timeline requested, may incur an extra fee.✧ Rushing orders giving deadlines mid-production will NOT make the progress faster. If a deadline is preferred or required, that needs to be communicated up front.≪━─━─━─━─◈─━─━─━─━≫
